I'd just like to tell you how pleased I was with the service .  I've used a couple of our local Ramona groomers and frankly never felt 100% comfortable that my dog was being treated well by any of them.  I was referred to your shop by a friend.  After talking with her for just a few minutes I was very satisfied that Dave was in good hands.    When I brought him home my husband said "I think that is the best haircut he's ever had." 

We will definately be come back and I've already recommended your shop to my Facebook friends.

When we got in the car Carson said, "Wicker smells like a candle!"  =)
I was concerned how he might be in the tub but I'm glad he settled in!
He may be the only Golden you know that HATES water...unless it's at the
beach (where we don't go anymore)...He has only been in our pool once and
that was many years ago!  Wicker  always resigns himself to the fact that
he has to have a bath...but is never very happy about it!  Since he's a
therapy dog he has had his share of baths!!  =)  I guess if you've been
grooming dogs for 20 years you've seen your share of Goldens!!

So glad to get this message but so sorry that it has taken me almost 2 weeks to get back to you!Especially since after Jilly & Abbey visited you,I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with your skill & service. I also took Abbey to the vet so we could work on her scratching & skin issues, both of which are much better. In addition I wanted to let you know that I had recommended your service to 2 people with whom I work. Both live in Rancho Bernardo & have small dogs. I don't know if they will contact you or not, but when I mentioned that the girls had been groomed, they asked me where & if I was satisfied.

Since I am an active volunteer with Labrador Rescuers, & we are coming up on our annual fund raiser (Lab Amore - dinner auction) in September, I also wanted to ask if you would be interested in making any kind of donation. Yes, you took care of my cat Cinder for me. I am so glad I went with what you suggested, shaving her. She is so happy now and so am I. No more hair balls. She has her spunk back. Thank You.
